The Memorial City Neighborhood Donor Center will be closing on June 14, 2008, to move to the new Westchase Neighborhood Donor Center located at 10001 Westheimer, Ste. 2117, Houston, TX 77042. We will be opening the new Westchase Neighborhood Donor Center on June 17, 2008. The Westchase Neighborhood Donor Center is located between Beltway 8 and Gessner Road directly behind la Madeleine in the Carillon Shopping Center. Thank you for your patience during this transition process. We look forward to saving lives together again at our new location.
This state-of-the-art center has been conveniently located and has hours of operation designed to make your blood donation a pleasant experience. Patient need in our region requires that we collect at least 900 blood donations each day. Thank you for doing your part to help others return to full and healthy lives.
The Westchase Neighborhood Donor Center includes:
- Five donor screening rooms and ten collection beds;
- Variety of ways you can choose to Commit for Life, including whole blood and Apheresis technology.

- Learn more about automated donation.
- - The ABCs of Commitment program for our dedicated automated donors;
- - Experienced and knowledgeable staff that is ready to answer your questions and care for you while you help save a life;
- - Donor relaxation area featuring fresh-baked cookies daily for donors’ comfort and enjoyment; and
- - Children’s play area so that donors can watch their children enjoy videos, toys and play games on the Microsoft Xbox 360 while donating.
Donor Center Hours
Monday - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday - Noon to 8 p.m.
Friday & Saturday - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
