KPRC Summer Blood Drive Saves Lives

Thanks to KPRC Local 2 for their support on an outstanding summer blood drive. The event, held June 17 through 19, brought in 1,126 units for area patients - enough to help save as many as 3,378 lives!

This is the result of blood drive efforts at the KPRC studios, local malls and Neighborhood Donor Centers. On behalf of all the patients who benefited from these donations, thanks to KPRC and all who participated in the drive. Remember, the need for blood donations continues this summer, and those who are eligible to donate are encouraged to do so at a Neighborhood Donor Center or mobile blood drive.
